A studio service

Google Ads for practices that want booked appointments, not clicks.

Patients find a doctor on Google three ways: by the doctor's name, by the service plus their town, and by their insurance. We build Google Search for medical practices around exactly those three, with an ad group per provider, a campaign per office, and service and insurance ad groups underneath, all through the Google Ads API. It runs search-only, with no remarketing and static call tracking, and it's managed for a flat fee with media on the practice's own card.

N° 01What we build

Names, offices, services: one campaign each.

Provider-name searches cost the least and convert the most, and directories bid on them. A defence campaign keeps your own ad at the top for every provider, pointing to that provider's page with a call button.

Each office gets its own campaign, radius and budget, with ad groups for the services patients search for there: primary care, physicals, same-day visits, endocrinology, and the insurance questions that signal someone ready to book.

01

Provider-name defence

An ad group per provider with name variants and misspellings, target impression share at the top of the page, and a low CPC ceiling.

02

Campaign per office

Each location with its own budget, radius, schedule and copy naming the building and the cross-street, plus location assets from your Business Profile.

03

Service and insurance ad groups

'Primary care accepting new patients', 'Medicare doctor near me', 'endocrinologist [town]': the searches that come right before a booking, each on its own ad group.

04

Search only, no remarketing

Google's health-data policies prohibit remarketing from condition pages. We run search only, with no pixels on condition content and no health questions in ad-linked forms.

05

Static call tracking

A tracking number per campaign rather than session-linked dynamic insertion, so calls are counted without tying a caller to a search.

06

Booked-appointment reporting

Calls and call-back forms tracked per office and per provider, with de-identified booked counts imported where the practice can share them.

N° 02Budgets

A budget per office, moved by cost per booking.

We set media budgets per office before launch from the click prices in your market. The newest offices usually get the most, because they have the least organic visibility. Budgets move monthly toward the offices with the lowest cost per booked appointment, and you approve any change to the total.

Investment

Clear scope. Clear price.

Flat management fees, quoted against account size — never a share of spend. Media is billed by the platform to your own card, so the number you see is the whole number.

Fees are flat and quoted against offices and providers, never a share of spend. Media is billed by Google to the practice's own card. A five-office primary-care group typically starts at $2,500 to $6,000 a month on Google Search.

How every package works

  1. One package covers one practice and one ad account per network. A second brand or a second account is a second package.
  2. Ad spend is never inside the fee. Google and Microsoft bill your card directly.
  3. The caps on each card are the scope. More offices, providers, ad groups or hours are priced on the card or quoted before we do them, never absorbed quietly.
  4. Structure-change hours cover requests you send us: new providers, new offices, new services, budget shifts, pauses. Our weekly and monthly routine does not count against them.
  5. Response time is for replies and pauses. New builds run on the delivery times shown.
  6. Month-to-month, 30 days' written notice either way. No setup fee is refunded once the build is delivered.
  7. You own the account, the data and everything we build in it. We hold manager access and remove it on the last day.
  8. We do not answer phones, book appointments, manage reviews or your Business Profile, or write blog content.
  9. Compliance: search only, no remarketing, and no health information collected in ad-linked forms. If asked to add remarketing or symptom fields, we decline and say why.
  10. Nothing here guarantees a number of patients or appointments. What we guarantee is the work on the card, on the schedule on the card.
  11. Anything not written on the card is not in the package. Ask before you buy; the answer is the same afterwards.

Questions

The answers we give most often.

How much should a medical practice spend on Google Ads?
For primary care, clicks usually run $3 to $8, so a few hundred to a couple of thousand dollars a month per office is a workable start. We give you a range per office from your market's click prices before you commit, and the newest offices usually need the most.
Can Google Ads be run in a HIPAA-conscious way?
Yes. We run search only: no remarketing or similar audiences, no pixels on condition or treatment pages, static tracking numbers, and no health questions in ad-linked forms. Where you have a compliance officer, we brief them before launch.
Why bid on our own doctors' names?
Because the ad sits above your organic listing, and if it is not yours it is a directory's. Provider-name clicks cost very little, convert at the highest rate in the account, and put a call button on the search page.
Can you advertise the insurance we accept?
Yes. Searches like 'primary care that takes Medicare', or a plan name plus 'doctor', are some of the most ready-to-book searches there are. They get their own ad groups and, ideally, a page that says yes in the headline.
Do you run Local Services Ads for doctors?
Where Google allows it. Primary care is an eligible Local Services category in some US states. We check eligibility for your offices during setup and run it on the top tier when it applies.
